Just around the corner, yet another incredible music festival awaits us…The Mala Luna Music Festival!
This annual day of musical celebration comes around with always a stellar set of musicians and artists and always meets expectations, and this year, they’ve only upped their game. They were excited to announce the full music line-up the other day that would present all of the people that are to perform for the two days of the event.
The festival will take place on October 29th & 30th at the Lone Star Brewery in San Antonio, Texas.
GA and VIP passes are on sale now HERE.
So what makes this event so special? Hold on to your hats, because there’s quite a bit to boast about. Of course, it’s a music festival, but it’s not only a music show, but also a fundraiser to give back to the beautiful area of San Antonio. The Mala Luna Festival plans to donate a portion its proceeds from each and every ticket sold to the Network for Young Artists (NYA)! How amazing! This nonprofit organization provides affordable music classes such as voice, percussion, keyboard, guitar, and dance to youth of ages 4-20 years old. With incredibly genuine gesture, the festival and all sponsors associated with the event will be supporting underprivileged children reach their dreams or even cultivate themselves more culturally and socially. Along with this amazing endeavor, the Mala Luna Music Festival will simultaneously be taking place on the famous Mexican holiday, Diá de los Muertos. In addition to the already captivating music sets, there will also be various live art installations and countless local food vendors and merchants dispersed across the vicinity.
A big thank you goes to the numerous sponsors and partners that the celebration has gained in order to bring these festivities to life, including Univision’s 98.5 The Beat (KBBT), Lone Star Beer, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Wingstop, and Red Bull.
This is a festival to never forget as you live and breathe the music that collides with air and mixes in with the voices of screaming fans. Let these two-consecutive days be an escape from reality as communities come together to celebrate life, to appreciate art, and to support the culture.
The line-up consisted of headliners such as Kaskade, Tory Lanez, Travi$ Scott, G-Eazy, and Steve Aoki. And it now recently grew as new artists were added to the list, including Kevin Gates, Tory Lanez, Rae Sremmurd, and Kehlani! Other acts to be seen and to keep a look out for are all of the up-and-coming EDM and Hip hop stars to-be that will perform those days as well, like Lil Uzi Vert, Lil Yachty, Jacquees, G Herbo, Sango and Lunice!
So to put it simply, it’s going to be lit! See the event flyer below:
